First Time Sign-In

PayAnywhere Inside provides valuable insight about your business, with detailed account activity, transaction data, referrals, and more.

Login to PayAnywhere Inside at

Your credentials are created during the application process in which you provided your username/email and password. Once your account has been approved, you will be able to sign in to the PayAnywhere app or PayAnywhere Inside.

When you first sign in, you will be directed to your Account Activity.

If you have multiple accounts that are linked to one email address, you can switch from one account to another by clicking on the dropdown arrow on the top right. Your DBA name and account number will help you identify the account that you are currently viewing.

If you are already a PayAnywhere merchant but do not have credentials, please register your account here.

Forgot or Reset Password

If you forgot your password, please click here or on “Forgot Password” and you will be sent an email with further instructions on how to reset your password.

If you have any issues resetting your password or if you have any other problems while trying to reset your password remember that you can always give us a call to support you. When you login to PayAnywhere Inside, you will default to the Activity page. This screen will display a summary of your transactions and functions just like the reports in the PayAnywhere app. You can create reports and search transactions by date, customer, transaction type, etc. To view additional detail about a specific transaction, click on the + icon on the left.

Custom reports

  • - Select a date range.
  • - Identify your search criteria by user, item, category, tag, or amount.
  • - Refine your search criteria with advanced search options and click Add Rule.
  • - Save the filter by giving it a name (optional). This will allow you to select from saved filters in the future to quickly generate a report.
  • - To create or run a new report, click Reset All

Deposit Details

On the Activity page, you will see a summary of your transactions. Deposits will show as a line item in that summary. To see a listing of all deposits, use the Advanced Search functionality.

  • - Select a date range.
  • - Under Advanced Search, select Transaction Type.
  • - In the dropdown that follows, select Deposits.
  • - Click Add Rule.
  • - Save the filter by giving it a name, e.g., Deposits (optional). This will allow you to select from saved filters in the future to quickly generate a report for your deposits.



Reports can be created by selecting a date range. Flash and Product Sales Reports can be downloaded as PDFs; Transaction and Itemized Exports can be downloaded as PDF or CSV files.

Flash Report
Totals for net sales, discounts, tax, tips, voids, refunds, and payment method. Ideal for a quick glance or closing your day.

Product Sales Report
Item and category performance by quantity and sales volume.

Transactions Export
A listing of all transactional data.

Itemized Export
A listing of all items sold.


Edit your business information in the Account section. Here, you can update bank account information, change your company address, add users, etc.

Sign In Settings
Changing your email and password will change your sign in credentials in both the app and PayAnywhere Inside.

Changing your email does not, however, change the email address we send correspondences to. To update the email address that is tied to your account, visit the Business Information section.

Business Information
Click "Edit" to update your business information, such as your phone number or shipping address.

Financial Information
Click "Change Account" to update your banking information.

TIN Matching & 1099-K
If you meet certain criteria, you will receive a 1099-K to be used for federal tax filing purposes. If you do not see a button letting you view your 1099-K, then your account either has no 1099-K's currently available or does not meet the IRS-mandated criteria.

Manage Users
If you are the primary user, you can add additional users to accept payments on your belhalf. Simply click "Add User" and enter the new user's email address.

Order Additional Card Readers
Select the quantity of card readers you would like. To request more, please call Customer Service at 877.387.5640.

Merchant Alerts
Subscribe to or create custom email alerts for updates on your account activity. Enter in email addresses separated by a comma to send alerts to multiple people.

Adding Users

You can invite your employees to process payments on your behalf.

From PayAnywhere Inside, go to the Account page and click Add Another User in the Users section. Sending the invite allows your employee to register for their user account, which takes less than a minute. Once registered, they can access the PayAnywhere app using their email and password.

To disable a user, click the Delete button next to their name. If you need to re-enable their account, just add their email address again.

A few things to remember:

  • - Make sure your employees have devices supported by the app (see Supported Devices).
  • - Use an employee’s preferred email address when sending the invite.
  • - The invite expires 7 days after being sent.
  • - Additional users do not have access to PayAnywhere Inside and are unable to edit inventory.

Add or Update a Bank Account

If you selected "Add Bank Account Later during the application process", you will receive emails from PayAnywhere as a reminder to add your banking information.

  • - To add your bank account, go to and click on the Login button in the upper right corner of the page, which will take you to PayAnywhere Inside.
  • - Once you are in PayAnywhere Inside, you will find the bank account information under the Acccount tab.
  • - If needed, you can update your bank account at any point by following the same steps as above.
  • - Add your bank account under the Financial Information section. You will need the routing number and account number for your bank account.

NOTE: PayAnywhere will be unable to send you funds until your banking information is current.

Referral Program

Referrals can be found under the Account section. Enter in your friend’s contact information in the form. PayAnywhere will send an email to them on your behalf. Once your friend has activated their PayAnywhere account by processing at least $150 in transactions, we will give you $50 as a thank you. This will be reflected as an ACH credit to your bank account.

Referral status and payout status are also displayed in this section.
